-Working in Riyadh Metro project of $26B. Largest metro project in the world with 187km of track, 87 stations, 5 operations control centres.
-As a Civil engineer who works in the construction department I'm looking after Line 2 "King Abdullah Road" in general.
-Incharge of the Emergency Egress Shafts "EES" along Line 2 "King Abdullah Road".
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Manage all communication and provide efficient feedback for all processes.
• Prepare various strategies for all planning activities for projects.
• Provide support to all operations and extension requests.
• Implement the work schedule and monitor progress of the work for timely execution of the project through
daily/weekly/monthly/ reports with respect to review of the overall project.
• Supervising the implementation of the towers and external works.
• Test the materials required.
• Calculate quantities.
• Agreeing a price for materials, and making cost-effective solutions and proposals for the intended project.
• Liaising with the local authority (where appropriate to the project) to ensure compliance with local construction
regulations and by-laws.
• Checking plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations.
• Ensuring that all materials used and work performed are as per specifications.
• Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labour force and the work of any
subcontractors.
• Planning the work and efficiently organizing the plant and site facilities in order to meet agreed deadlines.
• Preparing reports as required.
