Responsibilities:
Pharmacies: In addition to pharmacist job description I cover the following:
• Organize and manage the eastern region SEC pharmacies activities in Dammam, Huffof, and Qatif Clinics.
• Major role in TDC (Therapeutic Drug Committee) addition and deletion of drug from SEC formulary, and in recommendation of and use protocols of the newly added medications to the list.
• Insure the compliance of medical team towards the regulations of the government and the policies and procedures approved by STDC.
• Manage the quarterly inventory in eastern region SEC pharmacies.
• Manage the year-end inventory process in all pharmacies and remote areas clinics of SEC in Qurrayah, Ghazlan, and in Huffof, Qatif, and Dammam Pharmacies.
Medical Store:
• Lead and Manage daily operations of the unit, and solve daily issues rises in work place, efficiently.
• Manage supply chain functions.
• Start, Keep, and develop good relationships with vendors.
• Negotiate with vendors for both medicines and medical supplies, approve the agreement and forward to contract department.
• Purchase and order the requested items with the limits of budget and with the required quality and ensure the delivery to be on time.
• Review & approve vendor and contracted pharmacies invoices before forward to the accounting department.
• Lead, Share, and follow the tasks assigned to storekeeper starting with the receiving the ordered items from vendor until delivery of those items to the requester.
• Assure maintaining safe and clean working environment by complying with safety procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Manage and Lead the year-end inventory process in medical store for both Medicines and Medical supplies.
• Share the prediction of the coming year budget along with the financial department.
• Contact the governmental regulatory office and ensure the compliance of concerned persons towards the regulatory office requirement in addition to the policies and procedures of Saudi Electricity Company.

• Design and test the medicine and medical supplies programs in SEC Health Services Department.
• Safety inspector in Dammam Pharmacy, Clinic, & Medical Store.
• Team Leader and presenter of the Continuous Improvement Process covering the pharmacy and medical store.
• Request and Design the SMS reminder for the refill of medications.
