Managing all HR Operations
Make the manpower plan, search for the Vacancy, insure that there is a backup Candidate for the Key Positions, using Bayt.com as a source to find Candidates for the Vacancies, shortlisting the Candidate, and interview them, after that i choose the best one, then i can make a job offer after taking the approval from my Manager.
Also i contact with Recruitment Agencies.
Handling HRDF and assigning the new hires etc...
