Leads, develops, monitor and manages KSA day-to-day activities related to Boutiques, Marketing and Merchandising
departments - to ensure achieving targeted sales and profits of the retail operations in KSA while maintaining a
sustainable customer enchantment.
Responsibilities and Nature of Job
1. Boutiques Sales Duties and Responsibilities:
* Develops and implements sales objectives and goals across the boutiques in KSA including sales targets
and sales forecasts.
* Suggest, monitor and control margins and discounts to ensure profitability of all boutiques is met in
KSA.
* Effective sales management by leading, guiding and coaching KSA boutique managers towards
maintaining the boutiques standards as well as to build a top notch sales team in KSA.
* Set “SMART” quarterly team objectives and personal individual PDP/Check-in in a way to ensure
developing, retaining and motivating the sales force.
* Monitor, implement and audit the Visual Merchandising standards in all KSA boutiques.
* Monitor staffing in all boutiques in terms of the right number of manpower, tracking staff productivity
and ensuring staff discipline in coordination with boutiques managers.
* Provides inputs to HR to identify and reward star performers through the Performance Management
System and develop career/succession planning.
* Act as a critical link between KSA retail sales team and the Management to provide all necessary inputs,
define areas of improvement and obtain the feedback from the market.
* Propose and monitor incentives programs for boutique managers & retail staff.
* Propose training needs and evaluate training effectiveness for boutique managers & retail staff.
* Analyzes sales statistics to determine business growth potential.
* Develops and maintains a strong work relationship with company’s key clients in KSA; while ensuring
that sales team contact the regular and potential customers through phone call or direct contact on a
daily basis.
* Seeks new customers /sales opportunities, initiates action plan to approach and secure new business
for the Company.
* Updates on changing sales trends within KSA so the management can make/adjust plans accordingly.
* Maximize the productivity of using the Sales force CRM by all the sales team in Saudi Arabia; while
conducting regular audits to assure the validity and accuracy of all information recorded by the sales
team.
* Run quarterly Customer enchantment audit to all the Boutiques in the kingdom.
* Coordinate with other departments for their activities related to retail to deliver the desired support.
2. Merchandising Duties and Responsibilities:
* Ensures proper stock levels are maintained and Control the availability and the location of the
exceptional items in KSA.
* Identify slow-moving stocks and propose action plan to phase out from all KSA boutiques.
* Identify gaps in inventory, high selling items, and market trends and order just in time to reduce
inventory levels.
* Manage the stock rebalancing across boutiques every 3 months.
* Managing daily Logistics tasks, assure the most effective/ efficient process is used to bring in the
stocks to KSA.
* Rely customer requirements that are raised by retail team to the merchandising department and
propose the course of action to meet these requirements.
* Monitor, control and implement the after-sales and repair services in the most efficient / effective
cost and time parameters while assuring that all our customers are enchanted.
* Set “SMART” quarterly objectives to the Merchandising department team to maximize their
productivity.
* Use company platform to record, manage and monitor all merchandising department day-to-day
tasks and various assignments/projects.
3. Marketing Duties and Responsibilities:
* To be actively involved in day-to-day marketing activities with marketing team in KSA and Group HO.
Attending important meetings locally with marketing team and reporting the status of marketing initiatives
and task on weekly basis to KSA Country Man

Responsible for overall management of retail operations, Sales Associates, Merchandise and Customer Service.
Responsible for achieving sales objectives, boutiques profitability goals, achieving and maintaining high operational
and merchandising standards, building highly motivated teams and developing Sales Associates to enable them to
deliver the highest level of Luxury Service possible to our clients.

Management
· Coach, develop and motivate staff through monthly touch base meetings, 1 to 1 KPI meetings / reviews.
· Identify individual training needs. Create and implement regular training.
Responsibilities and Nature of Job
* Develops and implements sales objectives and goals across boutiques in KSA including sales targets and sales
forecasts.
* Executes and manages effectively every element of the sales process on an individual level and build a top notch
sales team in KSA.
* Suggest, monitor and control margins and discounts and insure profitability of all boutiques.
* Lead a team of outdoor sales managers that deal with elite customers.
* Develops and maintains a strong work relationship with key clients in KSA and seek for a new customers to
secure the business for company.
* Ensure that sales team contact the regular and potential customers on a daily basis.
* Maximize the productivity of using the Sales force CRM by all the sales team in KSA.
* Ensures proper stock levels are maintained and dead stock depleted in all boutiques.
* Provide clear brand and sales strategies to the Product Management Team in order to deliver the sales
objectives.
* Control the availability and the location of the exceptional items in KSA.
* Ensure the implementation of visual guidelines and standards (e.g. Store Environment, People Management,
Marketing & Promotional Activities etc.) in line with the Brand needs.
* Coordinate with other departments for their activities related to retail to deliver the desired support.
* Provides leadership to the day-to-day operations of the retail department.
* Monitor staffing in all shops with regard to having the right number of manpower, staff roster maintenance,
tracking staff productivity and ensuring staff discipline in coordination with boutiques managers.
* Identify manpower requirements for the current financial year and initiate the necessary recruitment activities
by assess candidates level and experience.
* Set quarterly personal and team objectives.
* Leads and influences a successful and experienced team of boutique managers.
* Create a coaching and mentoring environment through the organization in order to improve best practices and
people development for retail team.
* Promote competition and aspiration among employees to further their progression and development in the
business.
* Staff training on technical sales and customers’ service.
* Propose and monitor incentives programs for boutique managers & retail staff.
* Analyzing sales statistics to determine business growth potential.
* Prepare a succession plan to ensure that the business has a competent Management Team ready to meet the
expansion program.
