- Technical Support: providing advice and technical support on a range of products (Pumps, Valves Fittings, Firefighting equipment).
- Proposals / Bids: creating proposals making sure that customers’ requirements are fully understood and that innovative and cost effective solutions are proposed.
- Preparing quotations and commercial offers.
- Liaising with other members of the sales team and other technical experts.
- Assist in procurement and material ordering ensuring that supplied materials match project specifications and customer requirements.
- Sales Support: demonstration of company products to potential customers and providing guidance in product application and after sales service.
- Provide presentations for consultants on product application and selection and specifying company products for important projects.
- Presales and Post-Sales Support
Preparation of new products launches:
-* Preparing presentations and 3D demonstrations to visualize and explain core product benefits
-* Creating mail shots to attract potential new customers and inform current clients / consultants
-* Assisting in the design of product brochures and leaflets
- Material take off: Generating BOQs according to project drawings using the latest CAD technologies.
- Preparing technical submittals and compliance sheets.
- Designing 3D fire pumps rooms using Solidworks CAD program, providing clients with best pump room layout in addition to generating an accurate bill of materials, hence saving time and money.
- Commissioning & Start-up of HVAC and Fire Pumps & programming pump controllers.
- Providing training for clients’ engineering / technical staff.
