• Supports in the assessment and reporting of all relevant parties’ performance within the program with respect to cost estimating (KPIs)
• Ensures communicating with Operation, Procurement and Engineering functions during the preparation of the detailed budget.
• Providing expert advice on cost and budgeting issues related to current projects to project managers, conducting analysis of actual performance against plan.
• Notifying project managers of any under- or over-run in project costs, recommending courses of action and coordinating progress with the Planning Department.
• Preparing regular monthly reports and reviews of projects cost performance, providing all concerned parties with regular feedback and advice.
• Manage all pre and post contractual matters, in providing robust and effective systems, and maintaining the systems, to which all parties can function and to provide the client’s interest and protected.
• Managing the Agreement Budget and providing detailed reports.
• Evaluate claims through an effective claims management process, manage closeout and reporting on contractual performance relative to individual project.
1- Preparing Operation Budgets.

3- Developing Company Strategic Plans.
4- Preparing & reviewing consolidated Budgets for department with department turnover (80, 000, 000) KD.
5- Breaking down projects’ scope into work packages level, as well as tasks (activity levels).
6- Estimate unit rates for work packages (WBS), as well as composite rates for manual and non manual power.
7- Developing Cost Control sheets for measuring work performance, manpower productivity.
8- Collecting data from operations to allocate the proper cost estimates.
9- Using problem solving techniques to detect the root cause problem and recommend the corrective, preventive action and defect repairs.
10- Developing payments for subcontractors and PMS and calculating the work done values.
11- Allocate the cost as monthly status, detect any variance against budgets, and recommend actions to maintain the original budget.
12- Using Oracle system to obtain the required data
13- Provide and manage cost control by recording project cost and progress under PCM direction.
14- Prepare Work Plan Budget and Forecast expenditure.
15- Record inception to date expenditure and prepare the monthly progress report / Contract Status reports.
16- Participate in reviewing scope changes and change orders. Implement the project change management program.
17- Provide support in resource loading P3 &P6 schedules with budgets/commitments.
18- Ensure proper monitoring, management and close- out of projects.
19- Report on a regular basis to management and liaise when necessary with other disciplines in the project team and the owner’s organization

c- Contract Administration Tasks:
Ensure timely contractual notifications to the client are issued.
Provide contractual interpretation and input to the project team as needed.
Draft contractual correspondences as needed.
Coordinate and manage the subcontract tender and tender evaluation
Negotiate, award and coordinate the execution of subcontracts.
Review, verify, negotiate, respond, approve (or reject) sub contractor progress measurements, valuations, variations and claims.
