Job duties :
1- Case reports for suggested projects in the area which are presented by the government .
2- Following the stages of the projects mentioned above when they just started .
3- Electronic archive to all employees' information and all data belongs to the management .
4- Held conferences with all firms, institutions and local authorities and share them by consultations to help decision makers avoiding delay or loss during carrying out the projects, which is the essential task of the planning council.
5- keeping Records for the periodical meetings in the planning council and ensure the members to have copy of those meetings .
6- As the planning council a counselor to all firms and institutions in the region so the balance sheet revision before and during carrying out is one of our tasks .
