❖ Responsible for collecting, analyzing and matching all invoices with the purchase order to identity any
discrepancies in cost before approving them in system through Retail Invoice Matching application (RIM)
❖ Approving All RTVs documents created for the returned goods.
❖ Preparing weekly and monthly shrink report in comparison to sales and share it with store team for further actions to reduce the shrink and improve the sales.
❖ Make arrangement for sale of slow & fast moving items.
❖ Preparing and analyzing weekly and monthly shrink and investigate the root cause for high dept / items unknown shrink in coordination with the store management and come up with clear plan to reduce the shrink with a specific target.
❖ Responsible for conducting periodic stock count (inventory) to identify shrinkage problem and coincide with of a reporting period.
❖ Perform critical inventory tasks to ensure the correct values of items are in stock
❖ Maintain updated and accurate records of inventory, including transfers and cycle counts
❖ Review documentation and monitor product codes to search for discrepancies; troubleshoot quantity
discrepancies between physical stock and system records.
❖ Prepare, generate, and file financial inventory reports; review reports monthly with management
❖ Organize and control goods inward/stock control department to sufficiently support production and the goals of the business.
❖ Monitor and evaluate consumables usage and costs.
❖ Be responsible for managing and running planned stock takes.
❖ Perform cyclic stock checks.
❖ Prepare daily reports to ensure key critical areas of the stock system are controlled and any discrepancies addressed and resolved.
❖ Archive all documents (Invoices, RTVs, Inventory documents) for future reference.
