QEMS is the official distributor of TRANE Air-Conditioning systems (Unitary) in Qatar. It is also a subcontractor for HVAC work.
The main tasks for me in the company are:
 Responsible for developing customer solution in the sales cycle, based on understanding customer needs and aligning those needs with the range of QEMS product offerings.
 Manage, update and secure customer accounts through customer contacts and database to achieve the stipulated sales targets.
 Develop and implement new sales strategies, identify new business opportunities/markets and find probable areas of improvements, thus implement strategies/tactical.
 Following the project with the project team and preparing invoices to submit to customer and also following them till getting the payment.
The projects i am handling are:
 Al Waab Mall: 9.9 Million USD.
 Al Bustan : about 2.1 Million USD.
 Rotana hotel: about 2.7 Million USD.
 Some private projects: about 1.5 Million USD

The project i worked on was the installation of pipelines and boilers in the Cement factory in Bizerte:
 Planning and managing the use of the resources (financial, material, labor) of the project.
 Managing and coordinating between the teams of work.
 Preparing reports regarding the progress of work.

 Simulating the process of planning and rolling using finite element software such as Abaqus, LAM3 (ArcelorMittal proprietary software) and then comparing the results in terms of time of calculations, accuracy, convergence, etc...
 Modeling of a problem which appears in the process of the hot rolling: it is the straw defects.

Engineering Internship From July Till July 2012

The subject of my internship was divided into two tasks. The first task consisted in collecting information about offshore
pipelines and distinguishing between the input and the output of the application, the main information used in this task are flow
rate, pressure, the specific gravity, temperature, Reynolds number, velocity, diameter, etc
The second task was to develop a program and to implement it via the development environment VB.NET (Microsoft Visual
Basic) and after that, the simulation were run to to estimate the performance of the proposed model.
