Responsibilities (Indirect Purchasing)
Resource for new supplier for current Items and newly added Items.
Managing IT projects and required items, marketing, customer service and HR
Managing contracts (life insurance, medical, social media and outsource)
Negotiate with supplier for any changing of prices according to price forecasted trends.
Manage PRs from all different Requestors
Issue and follow open POs till delivery
Receive confirmation from WH about material delivery (SAP System)
Payment is done to supplier within the agreed payment terms.
Using (SAP) system to issue and track PO

Responsibilities (Foreign Procurement)
Resource for new supplier for current material and newly added material.
Review our current stock from material and control safety stock and future requirements.
Review production plan to report any row material constrains and any alternative.

Review the procurement plan weekly and send firmed and forecasted orders to suppliers.
Negotiate with supplier for any changing of prices according to price forecasted trends.
Contact with suppliers to confirm orders and shipping dates, Qty & Method of shipping
Follow up with logistics team for shipments deliveries.
Receive confirmation from WH about material delivery (QTY & Quality).
Confirm Payment is done to supplier within the agreed payment terms

Responsibilities (Purchasing)
Purchasing Needed spare parts for Production Throw Local or foreign markets
Negotiated with each supplier regarding prices, delivery date, and quantity available.
Managed purchasing efforts/materials for the company and negotiated pricing deals, inventory lists, delivery arrangements and product trends.
manage vendors visit to company for preview
Using (SAP) system to issue and track PO
Using (BQMS) system -Bidding and Quotation Management system to manage quotation and offers
Using (CIS) - Code Information System - to register new material codes and new makers

Responsibilities (Material management)
Manage Material flow by SAP system ERP for Scrap Process
maintain accurate stock in two storage locations both physical and system
coaching team of two operators to apply monthly cycle count in storage locations
report with stock status and data analysis for any differences
