- Pro-actively all display stock in order to make sure it is clean, well presented & correctly priced.
- The sales quotations.
Ensuring that all customer quotations are checked prior to sending by the sales manager to confirm all is correct & present and recorded on the template.
Provide assistance to:
- control and reduce all over aged stock by recommending older vehicles to potential customer if looking for a bigger discount
- Sales team to close business opportunities.
Understanding each executive within the sales process in order to gain knowledge of the deals and directing the executives to understand the buying patters as well as the purchasing capacities of the customers.
Recording all sales enquiries.
Managing, monitoring and reporting:
- To the General Sales Manager on a daily basis via BMW sales team analysis report, all enquiries must be logged on showroom log book.
- Pro-actively all display stock in order to make sure it is clean, well presented & correctly priced.
Welcoming walk-in customers, creating a good initial impression as well as assisting the customers to make them relax as well as feel comfortable.
Dealing with all kind of incoming calls by talking clearly as well as using a friendly and helpful tone of voice.
Treating each customer politely, noting their names, location, and telephone numbers if possible.
Finding out the customer requirements.
Finding as well as negotiating the price ranges to be considered by the customers
Sales Management Certificate (Nissan, Infiniti Certified Sales Manager) from Nissan Middle East center in Dubai.
Major Grade in Physics and Minor Grade in Computer Science.
