Responsibilities:
 Currently working at Al Mnabr Consulting Professional as a Senior Electrical Engineer for Military Industrial corporation (Al-Kharj & Riyadh) projects: -
1- Construction of Administrative Building (Second Stage).
2- Complementary Works for Some Engineering Requirements for Industrial facilities at MIC Riyadh.
3- Implement emergency Water Lines for The Military Industries Corporation in Al-Kharj.
 Lead the electrical supervisors and sharing them to inspect installation, testing and commissioning of all electrical system as per projects specs, standards and approved drawings.
 Inspect installation, testing and commissioning of electrical infrastructure works like Medium & Low Voltage Networks, Low Current (Fire Alarm, Tel./Data, Public Address, CCTV) networks, BMS, SCADA System, Power Plant Station (Switchgear, RMU, Transformers, MV cables, LV cables, Generators, UPS., etc....) as per projects specs, standards, and approved drawings.
 Prepare weekly & monthly site progress reports and to highlights critical works, to be completed with predetermined time and schedule.
 Attend coordination meetings with the Owner and contractors for design and construction coordination.
 Review the As-Built Drawings of Electrical and Low current Systems for handed over sites to approval.
 Complete/hand over-all above-mentioned projects.

1- Complementary Works for the Rehabilitation of Main Electrical Power Station and the Sub-main Electrical stations.
2- Industrial Construction of Two Industrial Building (First & Second stage).
3- Industrial Construction of Two Industrial Building (Third stage) Industrial Construction of the Industrial Building at the Industrial Research Center.
4- Construction of Shooting Ranges Building at The Military Industries Corporation in Al-Kharj.
5- The Rehabilitation of Fire Alarm System Addressable for all Schools in the Residential City of MIC.
6- Complementary Works for Some Engineering Requirements for Industrial facilities at MIC Riyadh.
7- Implement Emergency Water Lines for The Military Industries Corporation in Al-Kharj.
8- Implement a strategic tank with a capacity 12000 m3 for The Military Industries Corporation in Al-Kharj.
 Installation & Rehabilitation of the L.V. & M.V. Infrastructure networks.
 Develop the infra-structure Fire Alarm System network to view at the control station in civil defense at MIC.
 Lead the electrical supervisors and sharing them to inspect installation, testing and commissioning of all electrical system as per projects specs, standards and approved drawings.

 Working at NKY (Architects & Engineers) as a Senior Electrical Engineer for KAP2 projects: -
1- M.O.I - Integrated Project - Al Qassim Area includes: -
a- Special Emergency Forces.
b- Training City of General Security.
c- M.O.I Housing.
2- M.O.I - Integrated Project - Al Dammam Area includes: -
a- Dammam Medical Center.
b- Qatif Special Forces Training City.
 Completed/handed over-all above-mentioned projects.
 Works with the Area Manager and other project engineers.
 Monitors construction contractors’ electrical installation and testing activities.
 Witnesses electrical testing, pre-commissioning, commissioning, and start-up activities.
 Reviews contractor-submitted shop drawings and as-built drawings, materials submittals, tie-in procedures, project
schedules, and work permits and coordinates with the concerned departments for their comments.
 Coordinates and organizes periodical and required meetings between the contractor and concerned departments to
resolve interfacing problems during construction
 Conducts acceptance inspections and re-inspections of the completed permanent works thereafter, until all
deficiencies are corrected and signed off by all.
 Reviews contractors’ invoices for completeness and correctness of installed quantities for the electrical portion of the
permanent works.
 Initiates and prepares for Area manager draft electrical related letters, memos or reports to contractors and other
Departments.
 Assist the Construction Manager in the delivery of contractual obligations and in supervising the team of
engineers/inspectors, reporting project progress, quality of the works and any changes in the design/construction.
 Establish the site office, identifies resources, organizes the Supervision Team and allocates responsibilities for HSE,
cost control supervision and document control procedures.
 Prepare weekly & monthly site progress reports and to highlights critical works, to be completed with
predetermined time and schedule.
 Review Contractor's submittals including materials, method statements, inspection and test plans, inspection requests
and requests for information (RFI) and provides timely responses.
 Review, respond and approve Change Orders and Contractor's Monthly Invoices.
 Participates and ensures proper closing-out on all aspects of the contracts.

Prepare/Make all contracts and negotiations with Subcontractors.
* Negotiate/meet the Owner, Consultant and Main Contractors.
* Follow up site progress and subcontractors activities as per the approved shop drawings & specs.
* Sharing in the preparation of cost estimates for a wide variety of all Systems for the project and completed worthy projects
on appropriate cost and Headed project schedules, manpower requirements and project budgets and achieved pleasing
profit margin from projects.
* Assuring that the subcontractors are using the correct version of drawings, specifications & standard.
* Evaluate subcontractor’s performance and proposes ways for improvement.
* Execute the Electrical Infrastructure Work, preparing All Shop drawings and Preparing All Electrical Distribution
Company (EDC) Approvals for Medium and Low Voltage Components for the following Networks such as: -
Medium Voltage Network, Low Voltage Network form Transformers to pillar, Low Voltage Network between
Pillars and Cofree, Transformer Substation Room, Street Lighting Layout, Telecommunication Network, Low
Current and Fiber Network, Camera Connection Network
* Execute the infrastructure low & medium voltage networks work for the project.
* Planed, managed, and followed on the day to day execution of construction plans in a defined zone.
* Followed on the construction method statements and ensured that the construction related documents are being properly
maintained and available when needed and solved the Superintendents’ operational and technical issues on site and
monitored the crews, and ensured that all drawings are available to them, and the work is progressive as per project timeline.

Responsibilities:
 Installation, testing, and commissioning for all the Electrical Systems (low, medium voltage & low current system)
of total no. of (332 Villa).
 Prepare load calculations, lighting and power circuiting, Short Circuit Calculations and Voltage Drop Calculations
and Prepare BOQ and Purchasing Requests.
 Ensure that work carried out meet projects and procedures required by the authority & as per contract.
 Take technical responsibility for the execution of work and Provides guidance and work supervision to technicians
as required by projects, as well as outside consultants on major projects.
 Execute the infrastructure low & medium voltage networks work for the project.
 Preparing Man-hours, look ahead & Achieving Weekly plans, Monthly plans following the look ahead.
 Provide solution to the technical problems arise on the site and Monitoring & updating site updates, productivity and
make sure that all materials used comply with the approved Material Approval Request.
 Make sure that any activity offered for his inspection has an approved shop drawing, method statement (MS), Quality
Control Procedure (QCP) and Inspection & Test Plan (ITP).
 Organizes, coordinates, and conducts in conjunction with the concerned entities acceptance inspections and
reinspection of the completed permanent works, until all deficiencies are corrected and signed off.
 Prepares a daily report and assists Construction Manager in preparing weekly and monthly reports on work progress.
 Attends a bi-weekly meeting with the consultant and prepares a report on the meeting.
 Initiates and prepares for Construction Manager signature letters to contractors, and memo to other entities.
