Responsible for managing 14 stores and around 90 employees, set plans to increase the sales and customer satisfaction, and improve skills of the team.
I am responsible for 12 shops around Giza & Cairo cities .follow up the sales and make sure to provide excellent service to our customers.follow up the stocks and cash control .solve problems, train the staff to develop them
