•Sea freight Export Supervisor (General and Dangerous cargo).
•Receive job orders from sales, pricing and handle quotations.
•Interact between clients, shipping lines, brokers and any other subcontractor to effect client requirements and control any deviations to maximize customer satisfaction.
•Process all documentation correctly and in a timely manner and Handle any urgent documentation amendments.
•Working to establish strong and long-lasting business relationships with shipping lines (peer level), subcontractors and customers.
•Investigating and planning the most appropriate route for a shipment, taking account of the perishable or hazardous nature of the goods, cost, transit time and security.
•Negotiating contracts, transportation and handling costs.
•Obtaining, checking and preparing documentation to meet customs and insurance requirements, packing specifications, and compliance with other countries' regulations and fiscal regimes.
•Meet clients to solve issues and promote co-operation with them.
•Customer service
•Handling the operation for Express shipments (courier) in and out.
•Freight communicator for import, export shipments (Air freight and ocean freight).
•Maintaining database of clients and shipment orders.
•Scheduling and booking deliveries.
•Monitoring LCLs and FCLs transport activities.
•Invoicing and costing on occasion.
