 Managing processes for financial forecasting, budgets and consolidation and reporting.
 Ensuring that effective internal controls are in place supporting compliance with IFRS, and regulatory laws and rules, for financial and tax reporting.
 Coordination of audit requirements (internal and external), execution of financial planning including operational budgeting, market analysis sales reporting and analysis cost accounting, monthly and quarterly and yearly reporting.
 Ensuring financial integrity of business decisions by implementing analytical policy and actively participating in reviews of business transactions

Responsible for directing financial strategies at a company and overseeing the preparation of financial reports, providing financial advice, developing efficient use of resources and procedures, providing strategic recommendations and maintaining solutions to business and financial problems.

Responsible for develop and execute the Internal Audit Plan, taking a lead in supervising day to day fieldwork. To contribute to the function by identifying risks associated with business objectives and to evaluate controls to mitigate those risks to improve the effectiveness of Risk Management and control processes. And responsible for Planning, Forecasting, and all areas of The Budget and Variance analysis, and advise management on matters, such as effective use of resources and assumptions underlying budgets and proper forecasts

Responsible for all areas relating to financial reporting, responsible for developing and maintaining Finance principles, practices and procedures to ensure accurate and timely financial statements. Managing the team to ensure that work is properly allocated and completed in a timely and accurate manner. Managing Deadlines and a multitude of accounting activities including general ledger preparation, and the financial reporting.

Responsible for the development and implementation of a comprehensive audit program in order to insure adherence to and evaluate the effectiveness of the financial and operational performance of the Company, and compliance to policies, procedures and related internal controls. Provide the Board with complete, reliable and unambiguous independent assessment of the Company’s internal control systems and risk exposures.

Reviewing all financial statements, managing monthly financial reporting, reconciliations, internal controls, optimization of assets and liabilities and minimizing risk exposure, and ensure efficient and timely financial reporting and payment of suppliers.

Responsible for examinations, reviews and reporting to provide assurance, that internal and external reporting is accurate and financial statements fairly present actual operating results of the Company and that internal controls are appropriate, effective and efficient.

Responsible for the accuracy for all accounts and maintain the books of accounts and prepare the Financial Statements as per corporate financial policies and procedures and also accounting standards.

Entering and maintaining accurate financial records and preparing clear and accurate reports for informational, provides financial information to management by researching and analyzing accounting data, managing receivable & payable, bank reconciliation .
