KEY RESULTS ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Represent the department before the courts and the general prosecution.
• Reporting to the Chairman and addressing issues of legal nature raised by other departments.
• Provide legal opinion and advice in matters concerning custom laws, procedures and related issues.

• Review, study and evaluate contracts & agreement to meet APCD requirements & standards and minimize the risk and responsibility.

KEY RESULTS ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Representing the department before judicial and governmental bodies.
