Investigate & analyze day to day problems raised with ITSERVICEDESK to meet business
needs.
Communicate with Vendor for Core Banking Issues.
In-house Development for change requests and new development raised by users.
Develop and maintain documentation of system, application & operational tasks, processes

processing.
Execute Close of Business (COB) process and application & DB backup
Perform deployment / installation of fixes / patches for core banking system -T24.
Review and perform integrity testing of the system after applying changes and upgrades for
core banking system.
Working as System analyst with business team for DHA (Dubai Health authority) to implement eClaimlink portal.
Key responsibilities are
• Implementation and support for client on site and off site.
• System documentation, Application testing and client Coordination.
• Investigate and analyze business requirement and document them.
• Design workflow, process flow and data flow.
• Design UML including use cases, sequence flow and class diagrams.
• Documentation SRS, BRD and TSD.
• Designing test cases and writing testing scenarios.
• Prepare meeting minutes
Participate in implementation of Temenos -T24 Core Banking Solution for multiple clients Involves customization, development, application configuration, user trainings and technical support.
Responsible for translate business requirement into functional specification and technical specification documents and writing the application programs to deliver this functionality.
Develop and customize T24 modules; includes change request, reports, user interfaces and system interfaces with legacy or third-party system for various clients.
Works autonomously to design, code, test, document and debug programs of moderate, to high complexity and/or complex subroutines.
Investigate, analyze and provide solution to fill the gaps between user requirement and core banking system.
Participate in user acceptance testing and produce uat supporting documents.
Participate in user training and provide user manuals when required.
Provide on-site support to customer during go-live phases to ensure a successful implementation.
Consult and assist clients with fine-tuning the application functionality and service optimization to meet business objectives.
Adhere company standards and policies for T24 implementation on various clients.
Start career as Software Engineer from ECA Soft and learn SDLC,
application Programming and development, changes in existing
functionality and system optimization. Converts report to nth level of
parameterization and new custom control to use through out the
application. Migrate project from .net frame work 1.1 to frame work 2.0.
