 Leading proffisinal HSE Team to insure safe execution for Sabah Al- Salem Kuwait University (1.6 Billion KD Project / Student Population of 40, 000)

 Responsible for selecting High Profile HSE Calibers to fulfil SEG HSE Organization chart as per KUCP & Turner Projacs contract requirements.

 Leading & Coaching a team of HSE Professional consist of 2 Senior Supervisors, 19 HSE Officer & 77 Fire watchers to insure safe execution for Sabah El-Salem University .

 Implement SEG HSE Policy & Procedures as well Client HSE requirement to achieve our target with ZERO Incident .

 Prepare various training programs for HSE team, Fire Watchers, Site Engineers & Project Managers in order to enhance the Safety Culture for all SEG Team .

 Insure Daily& Monthly checks implemented for safety emergency equipment’s(Temporary Fire Fighting System (TFFS), Fire Extinguishers, First Aid Boxes & etc..).

 Provide third party training for Crane Operators, Riggers & Scaffolding Supervisors through approved Training canters by client .

 Review with employees all incident alerts to share the lesson learned and avoid the reoccurrence.

 Prepare HSE statistics for the project to the Project Directors and client to verify the HSE performance on Bi-Weekly bases.

 Verify and order safety equipment for site safe activity.

 Report all HSE KPIs monthly to Project Director & Client and ensure reporting of all incidents and Near Misses according to KUCP HSE incidents reporting standard.

-Lead a team of HSE supervisors in Kuwait to fully implement Halliburton HSE standards across all Halliburton facilities & sites.
-Supervise the implementation of Halliburton HSE MS in the facility & field to ensure the highest standards and to minimize the hazards.
-Lead Kuwait HSE continuous improvement versus Halliburton set of KPIs.
-Set and implement HSE Scheduled Planned General Inspections & Hazard Hunts across all the HSE levels on regular intervals and report findings to Northern Gulf HSE Senior Managers on monthly basis.
-Lead the implementation of Halliburton Behaviour Base Safety program across all country.
-Analyze accidents and near misses to ensure HSE performance and provide solutions for improvement.
-Plan and conduct audits, inspections & drills to ensure all companies policies procedures and the government regulations are in place.
-Liaise with the HSE compliance to ensure action plans are monitored and effective corrective actions are carried out in proper time frame.
-Develop, review and update emergency response procedures and conduct regular emergency response.
-Submit monthly analytical HSE reports for Kuwait to Northern Gulf Area Managers showing performance trends, results and corrective action plan.
-Monitor the IVMS system for Halliburton Kuwait Fleet and report any violations to Northern Gulf management team in a daily bases .
-Report all HSE KPIs monthly to Northern Gulf Area Manager and ensure reporting of all incidents and Near Misses according to Halliburton HSE incidents reporting standard
-Ensure deployment of annual HSE training plan across Kuwait team & third party contractors.
-Ensure the waste management plan is implemented across the country facilities.

-Ensure that, the drilling contractor and third party companies are following Saudi Aramco HSE policies as well as Halliburton policies in site.
-Conducting Quarterly Safety Inspection (QSI) on each rig in the project.
-Verify all inspections and audits are updated and action tracker is in place for timely closeouts.
-Coordinate the emergency response plans with Aramco, Halliburton on site.
-Provide support to Project and Operation team in all aspects of safety, occupational health, safety and environmental issues;
-Ensure drilling contractor HSE inspections, filings are according to Halliburton and Aramco standard.
-Report all incidents including environmental incidents in Halliburton system for further follow up and investigate if necessary.
-Assist crew for prepare JSA according to contractor and Halliburton risk matrix.
-Ensure all HSE alerts, Internal memos are conveyed to the crew members .
-Conduct HSE trainings and orientation to all new employees, H2S Training, Fire Fighting, Emergency First Response & Confined Space, etc… on the rig site;
-Frequent camp visits for hygiene inspection.
-Team Member in the incident investigation team and recommendation for prevent re occurrence of the incidents and share the lesson learned with all departments.
-Interact with each crew and improve their HSE standards as part of behaviour Based Safety.

- Reworded Halliburton MVP for the Outstanding Performance in 2014.
- Drilling Team Work Achieved One Year LTI Free for the 4 rigs in the Project.

-Participate and explain routine safety status in department head meetings, client meetings, client conference call and pre-tour meetings.
-Responsible for field level implementation of HSE policies, procedures & guidelines; - Risk identification; - Waste minimization plan initiation and implementation; - Pollution prevention and control, and various compliance activities in all areas of HSE.
-Administrative part of permit to work system and assist crew for developing job safety analysis with task related hazard identification and control measures.
-Update crew training matrix and organize external training for the crew. Conduct internal training such as Permit to Work, JSA, HAZID, Confined Space Entry, Work at Height Safety and Isolations etc.
-Monthly inspection of Safety critical equipment's and life saving equipment such as, Fire extinguishers, fire pumps, Safety harnesses and tripods etc.
-Prepare presentation according to weekly safety observation trends and discuss the same in weekly general safety meetings
-Proved in house trainings such as PTW, Work at height, confined space, etc.
-Follow up company quarterly goals and conduct goals review meetings.
-Organize hazard hunt and follow up the close out of the same. Conduct yearly safety audit with management team.
-Implement and review the improvement of the STOP work Authority system (SWA).
-Prepared rescue plan for Work at height and confined space job and trained crew for effective rescue from confined space and work at height jobs.
-Responsible for updating journey management process and trip inspections and driving manual;
-Share the incident alerts, notification and policy changes with crew and obtain their feedback.

- Act as HSE document controller to ensure proper handling, filing and maintenance of all HSE related documents;
- As a HSE supervisor is to instill positive attitudes regarding Health, Safety and Environmental issues and programs in the crew, which includes taking an active leadership role in the promotion and acceptance of health, safety and environment policies. My main role to be out on site being observant in all areas, and provide advice and recommendations so that all personnel are capable of working in a safe manner;
- Responsible for installing all Environmental Measurement (Heat, Noise, Lux & Gases) to insure associate Safety & Health;
- To act as an onsite HSE representative, assisting in implementing policies and procedures set forth by the HSE Management System Manual. To develop, implement, and monitor: safety orientation programs, safety meetings and presentations, emergency drill coordination, HSE inspections, internal auditing;
- Accident / Incident investigation, and safe work practices implementation;
- Participate in QA-HSE audits as an audit team member, in accordance to
QA-HSE procedure;
- Achieving and maintaining of OHSAS 18001 and ISO 14001 Certificates;
- Do different studies concerning work injury in different company areas with analysis to set suitable recommendation for prevention;
- Prepare various training programs for all HSE activities with sector manager revision and in coordination with different departments as well as HSE committee;
