• Project Management & Execution
• Control/Safety/SCADA System design as per the project requirements.
• Helping the customer build the User Requirement specifications for SCADA/Control System projects during pre-bid time.
• Site Surveys and evaluating the Number of IOs required for the control system. (Experience in Smart City Centralized Control systems, Tunnel Ventilation, Fire & Alarm, Access Doors, CCTVs, Substations Systems, oil & Gas Control Rooms etc.)
• Supervising/Developing the Functional Requirement Specifications and Detailed Design Specifications
• Contributing in HAZOP Analysis and CFD Analysis.
• Managing and Leading the FAT, SAT and Commissioning of projects
• Presently leading a team of 6 Engineers, 10 Assisting Engineers and Technicians etc.
• Supervising/Developing Utility Ethernet Network Design.
• Supervising/Developing Fiber Optics Network Design.
• Supervising/Developing Modbus TCP/IP, Modbus RS485, Control-net Network Design, Fiber Optics Network Design.
• Assessing the Safety Integrity Level of a Control Loop (Hardware & Software)
• Assessing the PLC, DDC or DCS requirements for a project and Level of redundancy at different layers of Control System.
• Defining the Communication Protocols at Scada Layer, between Data Servers and PLCs, PLCs and IO Card, IO Cards and Field IOs and between PLCs and other subsystems.
• Control Panel Design, including the Heat Dissipation Requirements, Power Requirements, IP Ratings, Environment Controlling, Cable Management, Earth/Grounding Requirements etc.
• Experienced in Visualization Software, Historian, Reporting Structure, Wirelessly Accessing the SCADA via PDAs.
