 Ensuring required levels of control & Reporting are according to credit policies & procedures.
 Ensuring all excesses are documented & approved within stated time-frames and guidelines.
 Ensuring tracking, following -up and reporting of corrective actions of the :
o Internal Audit
o Central bank
o External Auditors.
o Business Risk review.
 Monitoring warning indicators on customer’s accounts.
 Classify customer’s accounts according to Central Bank instructions.
 Monitor the compliance with Central Bank Instructions.
 Monitor the compliance with delegated authorities.
• Credit Admin / Security & Documentation :
 Ensuring proper of management of credit documentation as per credit policies.
 Ensuring credit documentation risk coverage adequacy & enforceability.
 Associating documentation with limits & facilities to ensure end of end control on facilities limits.
 Ensuring credit approval terms is properly executed.
• Credit Admin/ Operations :
 Ensuring compliance with credit guidelines, policies, procedures and terms of approval (post- approval only).
 Establishing, Maintaining &canceling credit limits as per approval credit terms & conditions.
 Populating & maintaining relevant portfolio elements such as facility risk rating & classification.
 Ensure credit documentation coverage & validity.
 Preparation of required credit reports to Central Bank & provide other regulatory reports to concerned authorities in a timely manner.
 Preparation of all Credit report requested by Central Bank, High Management & Financial control …etc.
 Manage the Automated Facilities classification system.
 Monitor data quality & data cleans up.
 Prepare statistics, comparison studies with other banks, interest rate studies…etc.

• Credit Analyst Officer:
 Responsible to study the credit applications for maintaining a regular relation with clients through regular correspondences, etc…
 Responsible to ensure proper management of the portfolio via timely collection of the required documents, renewal of the facilities at the right time and utilization of the facility lines up to its maximum.
 Analyzing, reviewing, and data validation for all types of loans and credit cards application requests.
 Ensure review process of Personal, Housing &Auto loan/ cash advance/overdrafts.
 Assist also in the work of information division within the credit department.
