Being in the HR department and working specifically to coordinate and establish staffing and recruitment plans for Company by establishing, utilizing, and implementing effective tools for job posting, screening, interviewing, testing, selection, job offering, and approving candidates in line with HR objectives and procedures.Systems and Procedures related to the selection and recruitment, and other duties in the compensation and benefits;

1- Responsible for setting and obtaining approvals Company selection and recruitment systems and procedures.
2- Responsible for communicating selection and recruitment systems and procedures and its implementation in Company in coordination with HR Manager
3- Managing Applications & C.Vs Database
4- Responsible for maintaining C.V data base of applicants received through various recourses such as walk-ins, received e-mails & faxes, personal recommendations, job fairs, newspapers ads and from recruitment agencies.

Staffing Needs and Jobs Vacancies:
1- Responsible for receiving and logging vacancies and staff needs from various departments and functions
2- Responsible for preparing and seeking approvals for announcing job vacancies through newspaper ads, Internal Announcement, web site, Recruiting agencies and online recruitment web site.
3- Responsible for coordinating candidates interviewing and selection activities with concerned people and in line with set systems and procedures.
4- Responsible for recommending, establishing, and implementing selection criteria and tests for various positions to ensure selecting competent and skilled staff.
5- Responsible for ensuring that potential candidates are targeted in the most effective way and that appropriate processes are deployed to maximize the fit between first choice candidates and Company’s requirements.

HRMS:
1- Responsible for utilizing and effectively implementing adopted HRMS tools and systems in own area of work to ensure data availability and proper management of activities.
2- Execute activities related to his/her function in safe and environmental friendly methods.

Training Plans:
1- Responsible for establishing company training plans through TNA and obtaining approvals for such.
2- Responsible for providing support to company in the preparation of the training plans and consolidating received plans to ensure harmonization and delivery of set targets.

Training Conduction:
1- Responsible for coordinating the nomination and training of company employees to designated training courses.
2- Responsible for validating received nominations from the Units, and handling any registration for upcoming training courses.
3- Responsible for coordinating in-house trainings and awareness sessions with various internal and external parties.
4- Responsible for organizing training venues, logistics, transport, accommodation as required to achieve efficient training attendance and delivery

Systems and Procedures
1- Responsible for updating the HR systems as per needed
2- Responsible for announcing the new systems or other departments

5S
5S is a Japanese method which applies in workplace organization that uses a list of five Japanese words: sort, set in order, shine, standardize, and sustain
