• Handling CMMS Application (Computerized Maintenance Management System)
• Develops and ensures generation of daily, weekly and monthly reports for the management and supervisors to monitor work progress.
• Create tracks and monitors work orders to ensure accurate and timely resolution.
• Work Follow up with Maintenance Supervisor and notification to get issues resolved.
• Assign work order to supervisor and technician and take update to get issue resolved.
• Update technician task in the system as per Supervisor update.
• Performs spare parts inventory management and auditing on a regular basis; publishes weekly spare part cycle count results to the facilities management team.
• Manages work orders in the system, ensure proper creation, planning, update and closure of work orders.
• Performs regular data analysis on parts/assets and recommend software enhancements and process changes.
• Monitors equipment specification entries to ensure completeness and accuracy.
• Ensures that the data on equipment transfers, or change outs, is complete and handled properly.
• Monitoring & maintaining servers.
• Active Directory Deployment-Management and Network Security Group Policies Implementation.
• Installing/ Configuring the Trend Micro Anti Virus in servers and Clients PCs.
• Attend to store support calls from Helpdesk or operations staff.
• Maintaining Internet sharing through MS Proxy Server.
• Administration of Network Printers.
• Administration of Client and Server based Operating Systems
• Fixed any network connectivity related problems.
• Prepare POS computer and other peripherals for timely installation at malls / stores as per organization needs.
• Maintain the mall servers and point of sale equipment on a periodic basis.
• Collect data files manually as per requirement, verify these and execute software processes to communicate these to brand partners.
• Collect files, if necessary, from brand partner systems and pass these on to the stock control department for further processing.
• Coordinate with brand partner IT teams from the field, where required, to investigate into and resolve issues with brand partner systems.
• Identify cause of disruption and coordinate with the store support supervisor to ensure support of relevant IT team to resolve problem if beyond the scope of store support.
• End User Desktop Support for all employees including management.
• Troubleshooting / configuration of Cassiopeia & Cobi machine for brand Zara.
• Troubleshooting ADSL bridges for promod brand.
• Configuring HHT wireless scanner.
• Administration and Management of computer and its Network.
• Provide customer technical solutions for their environments. Products included computer hardware Workstations and peripherals, software, and network devices. Responsible for hardware and software support including PC and network installation.
• Administration of Network Printers.
• Support for Hardware & Software, Installing/ upgrading the Anti Virus and other required software.
