- Responsible of implementation of group’s financial strategies and projects across the business.
- Advise Top management and Business functions on financial\Business performance on a timely manner
- Monitor and support the execution of BU’s Targets on a monthly basis.
- Manage and analyze group’s sales performance, Free goods dispensing on product level.
- Managing group’s financial analysis and valuation by developing high-quality financial models.
- Follow up on Internal Audit recommendations with concerned parties and related action plan.
- Lead the implementation of SAP Reporting\Consolidation and Budgeting Module and related rollout activities (Finance Automation Project) - Manage the feasibility studies for BD deals and new products.
- Conduct Profitability analysis for all products and markets.

- Reviewing the budgets provided by the entities (50+) using Oracle Hyperion (HPM application)
- Providing Budgeting implementation of Oracle Hyperion for the entities.
- Supervising and guiding the entities’ budget submissions through the complete budgeting process.
- Responsible of preparing the CFO Budget review presentation/report for each entity.
- Maintaining and reviewing the monthly financial submission on Oracle Hyperion (HFM application)
- Assist in the group’s consolidation process, in addition to managing sub-consolidations on a quarterly basis for selected groups.
- Developed the monthly Management Reporting Pack for the Group and implemented it on Hyperion through a third party support (PWC).

- Oversee departmental business and operating plan.
- Preparing Annual Budgets and Quarterly Forecast for the Unit and implement a budgetary control system.
- Monitor and provide monthly feedback to all departments on performance against budget.
- Responsible on all financial related aspects in Injectable segment (MENA Region)
- Consolidating MENA region financials for the segment.
- Preparing budgets and forecasts upon group policy and requirements.
- Provide the management with financial analysis, feasibility and profitability studies in addition to preparing and presenting the financial outcomes to the management on a quarterly basis.
- Responsible of feasibility studies related to the segment.

- Preparing MENA Region’s MD&A Report (Management Discussion and Analysis Report) on a monthly basis.
- Preparing the Consolidated Sales Report for MENA Region (14 Companies).
- Calculating the Subsidiaries’ profitability as an entity and by products on a monthly basis.
- Analyze the Sales Revenue versus last periods and yearly budget, in terms of growth, sales mix, quantitative analysis… etc., for each subsidiary and for the whole region.
- Analyzing the expenses versus last period and yearly budget.
- Calculating Cash-to-Cash Cycle and compare with Last year and Targets figures.
- Submitting presentations, for MENA Management Committee, related to actual figures and for future projections regarding Sales and Expenses.
- Support and supervise all feasibility studies prepared for products, plants, new acquisitions...etc., and providing consultancies to improve the feasibilities’ outcomes.

- Responsible for preparing the yearly budget and forecast for each Hikma Pharmaceuticals’ subsidiary in MENA region through coordinating with MENA’s market managers. In addition, I am responsible for preparing the Budget Consolidation for MENA region.
- Preparing Income statements and Balance sheets for MENA region subsidiaries and for the consolidated budget. Furthermore, preparing various reports, such as expenses reports, growth analysis, FOREX effect…etc.
- Analyzing the performance of MENA’s Subsidiaries on a monthly basis to assure achievement of the aimed targets.
- Responsible for analyzing the price variances and managing products profitability reports, and responsible for performing pricing studies for targeted products in new markets.
- Building feasibility studies for products, plants, new acquisitions...etc., and providing consultancies to improve the feasibilities’ outcomes.
