- Make arrangements on the facilitation

- Ensure that BE Committee members
are trained on the BE framework. (new
members to attend FBEA Information

- Ensure that 2-3 staff are sent for FBEA
Evaluator Training (new Evaluators)
- Assist ensuring that Regions do a BE
Self-Assessment
- Prepare logistics for Monthly Talanoa
Session
- All regions and Departments to be
trained on 5S Basic Housekeeping tool.
- Training materials and logistics to be
well prepared. Draw up 5S procedures
and strengthen 5S Housekeeping
across the organization.
- Monthly follow-up visits and Monthly
5S audits Reports to be circulated to
all staff. Monthly winners to be
announced with Awards to all Regions
