❖ Manpower Arrival and deployment Monthly planning, forecasting, and budgeting
❖ Employee Relation and Understanding the Clients Requirements
❖ Organizing Training Programs for workers and staff.
❖ Categorized the Professions and their Categories (Skilled, Semi-Skilled, Un Skilled) to
Create the Job Descriptions as per International Standard (ISCO).
❖ Research and understand the current market standard salary range, according to
this create the demand for different agencies and assured to provide the suitable
candidates in the given job description.
❖ Good knowledge of job portal. (Naukri, Naukri gulf, Monster, Times job, Shine,
GotoGulf, Dubizzle, Bayt Etc.)
❖ Coordinates with client to understand the Requirements and jd’s
