Working as a part of highly qualified professional team with limited
supervision for the Madinah Haram Expansion project. The Architectural
work of this project is inimitable with massive foundation in structure.
Duties:
* Prepare BQ, Rate buildup, variation orders, final accounts &
evaluation reports.
* Review and analyze preliminary items as per contract document,
* Take-off quantities for Schematic Design (SD Stage) or Detail Design
(DD Stage) or Tender stage (TD Stage) by utilizing faster electronic
methods (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and MS Excel)
* Conducting cost study at feasibly stage, preparing cost estimate to
advise the Client on budget, preparing cost plans
* Attend value engineering workshop and prepare financial study report
for the Client’s approval,
* Prepare monthly & weekly progress reports by visiting site regularly
and closely monitoring the actual executed work.
* Knowledge of market prices and pricing of building/infrastructure
works and/or MEP works.
* Analyze productivity rates for manpower and equipment’s,
* Dealing effectively with post contract cost variances, change control
processes and interim applications,
* Checking materials on and off site and verify delivery and acceptance
from the client’s representative for payment approval.
Project: Tiling of Western Piazza, Madinah, KSA.

Perform detailed analysis of the Civil BOQ items against the drawings
and specifications and report any discrepancies or clarifications to raise
to the client.
* Prepare with the tender team the RFQ packages to be sent to
suppliers/subcontractors and update RFQ status report and follow up.
* Prepare cost estimate for different phases of the project, advices the
project management on possible cost over runs and on the action
necessary.
* Assist in the preparation of the indirect cost and preliminaries including
preparing site layouts, contractor’s facilities, Client facilities &
requirements and prepare BOQ items & cost breakdown as required.
* Finalize tender packages for submission with manager’s approval.
* Establish / improve company estimating procedures to tender projects
in a timely and efficient manner.

Project: Utility & waste water treatment Plant, 66kV Electrical
substations, Chiller Plant and Duct banks, (CP13)
