• Lead the execution of landscape and infrastructure works for one of the world’s largest urban
park projects.
• Manage technical approvals and resolve site-specific engineering issues to ensure structural
durability.
• Supervise subcontractors and engineering teams to maintain progress and safety standards.

• Work closely with project managers to establish project timelines and designs.
• Develop diagrams and visual aids and prepare design specifications.
• Execute project based on outlined criteria.
• Manage, design, develop, create and maintain small-scale through to large-scale construction projects
in a safe, timely and sustainable manner
• Assess potential risks, materials and costs
• Provide advice and resolve creatively any emerging problems/deficiencies
• Oversee and mentor staff and liaise with a variety of stakeholders
• Handle over the resulting structures and services for use
• Monitor progress and compile reports
• Comply with guidelines and regulations including permits, safety etc. and deliver technical files and
other technical documentation as required
• Under general supervision, performs routine duties.
