Manage all aspects of the payroll for 2500 employees to ensure that payroll
transactions were accurate and in accordance with regulations, policies and
procedures.
Work closely with HR to ensure all payroll’s related changes were completed in
atimely manner and created audits to ensure the integrity of both databases.
Ensure that company policies and procedures were properly followed as well as
maintaining accurate payroll internal controls and compliance documentation.
Working on compliance audit.
Prepare payments of Provident Fund loan and Reconciliation of Ledgers.
Provide assistance to the Auditors for the audit purpose.
Prepare Incentives, Prepare bonus.
Coordination with banks for Account opening of New Joiner and Correspondence
with bank related queries.
Verify final Wage’s payments rates and work order quantity.
Prepare analysis reports of wages.
Enter data of transport deductions in software.
Prepare summary of final payment.
