Warehouse Superuser, Trainer, Inventory Controller and Warehouse Supervisor in Charge
• Manage the cycle count team and monitor the stock accuracy
• Manage the system transfers between the warehouse and the stores
• Manage and solve the discrepancies and variances resulting from the stores
• Carry out investigations on stock discrepancies, investigate product flow procedure from inbound to
delivery process and resolve problem areas
• Coordinate with brand team regarding incoming shipments both physically and systematically
• Support management team in day-to-day warehouse activities through trouble shooting, escalating and
resolving user issues
• Maintain user-training activities including new starter system
• Responsible for ensuring the team is receiving, binning, picking and dispatching merchandise
• Ensure that daily work done efficiently and in accordance with security and safety regulations
• Handling the training sessions for a new joiner
• Monitor and lead warehouse, and distribution team in achieving the KPI’s set by the company
Management of space, inventory management, route planning and delivery plans for daily delivery
operations of warehouse
• Check and monitor inbound stock movements, receiving and put away to locations as per check list set
by company
• Management of stock storage as per expiry date, size and brand and proper labelling must be done at
each location

• Picks Analyzing and processing
• Creating manual picks on urgency
• PCO and GRN reconciliation with ILS & Central system GOLD
• Item Level reconciliation with ILS & Central system GOLD
• Providing 1st level support to the day-to-day operational activities
• Acting as bridge between Operations and IT to align the requirements and meet agreed SLA’s
• Recommending action plans and process enhancements to reduce warehouse errors & inefficiencies
Bachelor’s degree of Information Technology and Computing.
