• Efficient shop floor management to achieve the daily production targets.
• Proper utilization of manpower to achieve maximum productivity
• Maintain the production related data and update regularly.
• Assist production manager in resolving the bottlenecks that are affecting the production process & output.
• Production of goods within the Quality Specifications
• Maintain all records of production process as per ISO requirements.
• Maximize the equipment availability to have highest OEE.
• Implementation of HSE on shop floor.
• Responsible for On Job Training on floor shop.
To insure smooth running of UHT Plant by DCS System to achieve Production Targets & keep eye on all processing tasks by following HACCP, Safety, and ISO & Quality
Standards. Make Production Report of all UHT plants on daily basis.
Arrange milk distribution by aseptic tanks to filling machines according to production plans given by Production Manager.
Ensure final CIP of UHT plants and Aseptic Tanks according to quality standards.
Monitor all critical & necessary parameters after regular intervals.
Inform to Production Supervisor in case of any abnormality in plant.
Responsible for:
working safely and maintaining a safe work environment; following all plant and department specific safety rules, procedures, policies and programs; attending required training; identifying and reporting hazards; wearing all required personal protective equipment for all plant, department, and task specific requirements; and is accountable for self as well as co-workers safety.
Check material against spec and documents results to ensure correct material is staged. During Start-Up and Run & perform all testing required to guarantee highest quality.
Loads raw material onto machine according to production plan.
Assists Helper with packaging needs throughout run as well as covering during breaks to maintain continuous production.
Performs minor machine maintenance, submits requests for maintenance when needed (including informing supervisor), and cleans area as necessary to ensure continuous production.
Performs packaging responsibilities as part of their normal job.
Participate in all kinds of training organized by Management.
Correctly fills out all paperwork and completes Log sheets.
Performs general housekeeping responsibilities and requirements of the 5S guidelines such as putting tools away, add-on parts and other items when not in use to ensure a clean and safe work.
Make CIP, Daily & weekly cares of machines as per schedule.
Responsible for all Milk Quality tests e.g. (pH, COB, APT, Fat, TS% & SNF% calibration etc.) before receiving Milk Tanker & make daily and monthly milk Receiving data.
analysis of finished product including weight, shape, packaging, date printing & sealing integrity.
