- Managing Full Set of Books, Budgeting and Strategic management
- Banking and other financial models such as LC/BG
- Guiding and leading teams to achieve corporate goals

- A key player in developing a Failure Mode Effective Analysis (FMEA) for all month end related processes
- Analyzing costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results, and actual performance compared to the business plans.
- Conducting reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities.
- Overseeing operations of the finance department, set goals and objectives, and design a framework for these to be met.
- Liaison with auditors to ensure appropriate monitoring of company finances is maintained.
- Corresponding with other departments, discussing company plans and agreeing on future paths to be taken.
