• Well versed on basic / preliminary design of Electrical Distribution, cables, Lighting & Power, Earthing, Low Voltage System (Tel. & Data, Security, and Fire Alarm System with knowledge of BMS.
• Prepare / Review Shop drawings Coordinate with Engineering department and finalize details of materials, drawings, procedures and calculations.
• Drawings, Material selection /submittals, quantity take-off with Knowledge of MEW (Kuwait), KOC, KNPC, IEC Standards.
• Preparation of Electrical procedure for Installation, Test and Commissioning.
• Responsible for supervising the job to its completion while paying special attention to the allotted budget for the project.
• Monitor progress to prevent slippages in the progress of the project.
• Overall supervision of Site Electrical Engineers, Supervisors etc.
• Conduct Site Inspections of along with the QC’s.
• Resolve all issues related to material, drawings and non conformities with procedures.
• Good communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Ability to work to tight deadlines & prioritization of work to achieve them.
• Strong analytical, problem solving skills.
• Promote cost reduction and productivity enhancing initiatives.
• Capable of managing multiple projects, maintaining cost, time and quality parameters.
• Quality Control - Responsible for working within the provisions, specification & guidelines of the QA&QC System
• Safety - Responsible for personal safety safe working practices and follow OH&S procedures

• Supervise the progress of the work and coordinate with client, other companies to streamline project progress.
• Manage team foremen, supervisors at site to ensure effective use of labor and other resources.
• Monitor progress to prevent slippages in the progress of the project.
• Ensure adherence to all statutory norms for safety at the sites.
• Oversee the completion of the project meeting the customer requirements.
