Work in Orange France office based in Orange Jordan to introduce new and innovative products (Broadband and SOHO&SME).
Responsible for introducing, consulting and supporting Orange operators in AMEA countries to assess, deploy, launch and animate the products and to have a successful
launch and return on investment.
Managing Fleet Usage control (involving the ability of fleet managers to manage their employee lines automatically and immediately without the need to contact the Account
Manager in the Operator) and responsible for launching the product in AMEA region in 16 countries including (Egypt, Jordan, Tunisia, Morocco, Iraq, Kenya, Botswana and Mauritius):
- Working with different stakeholders from supplier, Group branding, Group technical teams, Countries Marketing teams (CMOs, Product managers).
- Identifying the marketing requirements needed based on the target segment and customers pain and needs per country.
- Managing product Profit & Loss dashboard.
- Defining the different business models and animation plan in coordination with the Marketing teams in different countries.
Heading the content section in Orange Jordan which includes managing and marketing different products/services and partnerships (RBT, Orange Mobile Portal, Applications, Games, MBC, Roya TV, Jordan league, Real Madrid, Star Academy8 and World cup 2010 with focus on Multi screen ecosystem (Mobile, web, apps and TV).
Finding new content opportunities with the main content providers and brands in the region based on the market trends and Orange needs, with special focus on Startup companies.
Defining Content strategy per segment (ENT, Sport, Islamic ...etc) and related offers and work on distributing the content through the deferent platforms (multi screen approach) as seen fit.
• Defined Orange Games Strategy and launched Orange Games Mobile portal and moving towards online multi player games on web and social-media portals.
• Assess, plan and define marketing requirements to introduce Orange 1st self-care application for smart phones.
• Managing Orange Mobile portal including defining the portal strategy, customer experience, offers and the evolution of the portal and work with France Telecom group.
Perform and adopt project management methodologies, creating business planning, and business feasibility assessments
Manage & Monitor the P&L for the content activities (direct and indirect revenues) and identifying the budget.

- Working on Mobile TV services (Melody, BBC Arabia).
- Working as part of team on FM Radio services on Mobile.
• Project Manager for Mobile Advertisement.
• Content Stream leader responsible in acquiring new and exclusive content as part of 2012 project initiative which is related to content on Mobile (WAP, WEB, SMS and MMS) and Web.
• Work on animating acquired content and defining related services.
• Part of the Marketing Team managing Orange Money Project.
• Project Manager for electronic payments service through ATM machines.
• Working on defining new ways and streams to maximize revenue generated from data services.
• Manage Orange WAP portal.
Being in this position I have undertaken different responsibilities and created different achievements benefiting the company I work with.
Responsibilities:
• Handling the accounts of eight mobile operators present in three different countries: Oman, Yemen and Sudan.
• Develop new business opportunities and marketing new services and products in order to be introduced in those countries through their different operators.
• Managing and monitoring the already launched services and develop new ways for marketing those services.
Achievements:
• Launched SMS Islamic Service in Yemen
• Working on launching Al-Arabiya SMS service in Sudan
• Working in launching Ramadan competition in Oman and Sudan.
Being in this position I have undertaken different responsibilities:
• Prepare service specifications and commercial outlines, a process that involved continuous coordination with technical department.
• Prepare service catalogues and presentations.
• Managing projects to ensure successful and timely delivery of projects. A process, which includes internal coordination, in addition to liaising with third parties.
• Internal coordination to make sure each and every personnel, involved in the project at hand, will perform his/her role in service of the development process.
• Manage resources to ensure that projects completion within schedule and Budget, and meeting project requirements.

Took a PMP course in a certified center by 15th of July2010 through Orange as training to enhance our project management skills.
Obtained Cambridge International Diploma in Business with Merit at TAG College of Business – German Jordanian University in 2008 covering 4 main modules: - Marketing - Business organization - Communication - Finance
Took 9 hour training seminar to understand and to learn new techniques and skills for performing time management and distribution of resources.
The purpose of the CAPM course was to provide a clear understanding about the concepts of project management, which includes learning different concepts, tools and techniques. This course was as well a preparation for taking the CAPM certificate which is given by the PMI association.
Bachelor in Electronics & Communications Engineering: • Grade: 80% (Very Good). • Final year project was in title (Network Security Using Encryption)
