Responsibilities:
•Portfolio/Program/Project/Resource/Cost management professional from all domain with thorough knowledge of PMBOK, PRINCE2, PRINCE2 Agile, APMBOK, IPMA best practices across Information Technology, Oil & Gas, HealthCare, Power, Telecom, Infrastructure, Digital Infrastructure and Petro-Chemical industries.
•Identifying opportunities and benefits that achieve the organization’s strategic objectives through program implementation. Identifying opportunities and benefits that achieve the organization’s strategic objectives through program implementation.
•Establishing and operating PMO for a significant program of works.
•Standing up new processes or refining some of the existing PMO practices in line with changing requirements and establishing best practices & frameworks.
•Leading a team of PMO and PMIS specialists and ensuring the successful delivery of complex IT Programs and business transformations.
•Maintaining C-level relationships with peers, stakeholders, boardrooms, and/or customers, often becoming the “trusted advisor”
•Implementing large-scale enterprise-level Digital Transformation programs with Oracle Cloud
•Executing on organizational change management for an overall transformation
•Work with the project team to map the business processes, procedures and activities for use of the PMIS.
•Coordinate for identification of application criteria, specifications, data elements and work breakdown structures.
•Develop, Implement and administer Oracle Primavera systems for new packages and ongoing program.
•Configure systems as necessary to meet program requirements.
•Train, mentor and develop the skills of core system users among the project staff.
•Field queries from Clients, Project staff (includes senior management), consultants and contractors.
•Identify and analyze system malfunctions and make recommendations toward their resolution.
•Advise senior management of the status of the implementation of systems regularly
•Keep immediate superior informed of situations beyond the individual's control or authority to act.
•Anticipate problem areas and provide recommendations before need arising
•Managing activities related to program formulation & planning, projects or components authorization and planning, oversight and integration, transition and closure and program closure.
•Managing entire program life cycle including program definition phase (initiating & planning), program delivery (executing, monitoring & controlling) and closure phase.
•Defining, creating, maximizing, and sustaining the benefits provided by program outcomes.
•Capturing stakeholder needs and expectations, gaining stakeholder support and engaging and mitigating or channeling opposition.
•Establishing processes and procedures for maintaining proactive program management oversight and decision-making support for applicable policies and practices throughout the program life cycle.
•Defining the program and constituent projects, and obtaining agreement from stakeholders.
•Defining program scope and developing the program, including all constituent projects, and all activities that occur within the program.
•Performing work necessary to achieve the program’s objectives and deliver the program’s benefits.
•Monitoring progress, updating program plans as required, managing change and risk.
•Finalizing all program activities, including all constituent projects, executing transition plan, archiving, obtaining approvals, and reporting.
•Translate business requirements into technical specifications.
•Develop/improvement of processes for management of projects and risks.
•Improvement of the project management process, customize project management process base on PMBOK of PMI.
•Earned value; plan and control projects.
•Collaborate with internal teams and clients to deliver high quality work to maximize client s satisfaction while delivering committed work on time and on budget.
•Execute full - cycle development, configuration, implementation, and support of complex technology solutions including but not limited to
•Developing and configuring custom business processes, workflows, UDRs, and other reports in Oracles Primavera products for clients
•Supporting the creation of dashboards and interactive analytics
•Designing and developing training documentation and provide training to end users
•Providing user support and system administration
•Support the Company s business development effort through mock - ups, presentations, case studies and any other relevant marketing material and activities.
•Provide support to Internal Stakeholders in
•Provide Unifier End User Training and troubleshooting to resolve issues.
•Provide user support and system administration for Unifier + Serve as the single point of contact for Unifier related issues for project stakeholders Adding & Managing multiple stakeholders
•Configure Project Numbering, Cost Codes, and Status
•Experience in using Unifier uDesigner to design customized shells, managers, and business processes
• Understanding of basic project management BPs (business processes) and workflows and be able to create: data elements, forms, logs, reports.
•Analyzing ongoing business requirements, setting the correct user expectations and configuring the system accordingly
•Conducting ongoing user trainings and developing role-specific training manuals.
•Performing conference room pilots, integration testing & user acceptance testing
•Providing technical assistance relating to integration requirements with any other third-party systems
•Proactively identifying and resolving issues that arise during the implementation phases and address the same
•Knowledge and understanding of PMI Project life cycle and processes
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills
•Ability to travel to remote work sites on as needed basis
• Effective at problem solving and decision making
•Ability to multi-task with experience working with highly collaborative project teams
•Prepare Engineering Break Down (Start- Study / Preparation- Issue to Client review- Approval by client- Issue for construction/purchasing).
•Prepare and Monitoring Client Portfolio Summary, Dash Board Report’s, KPI’s and Project Risk Management Plan.
•Balance Dashboard for projects and corporate.
