I commenced my journey as a Junior SQA Engineer three years ago, steadily advancing to the current role of SQA Engineer III. Throughout my tenure, I have actively contributed to various features and fixes in product, participating in critical stages from brainstorming and planning to design, impact analysis, and testing.
• Worked on the Project Management Application @nTask on both Web and Mobile platforms.
• Collaborated with Design and Product teams to generate ideas for new modules and features.
• Reviewed design documents and user stories and provided feedback on UX/UI design and requirements.
• Performed impact analysis and created detailed test cases for comprehensive testing.
• Detected, documented bugs on Microsoft TFS, and prioritized defects discovered in the testing phase.
• Worked closely with development teams to guarantee prompt resolution of identified defects.
• Conducted various testing types including Feature testing, API testing, Regression testing, Sanity testing, Exploratory testing, Cross-Platform testing, Performance testing and Usability testing across both Web and Mobile
platforms.
• Collaborated with the support team to understand and address user issues.
• Worked closely with Marketing and Sales teams to suggest and implement quick fixes for prompt resolutions.
• Conducted third-party integration testing with apps like Google Calendar, Outlook, Apple Calendar, Zapier, Slack, Microsoft Teams, and Zoom.
• Worked on diverse features such as Collaboration, Resource Manager, Automation, Risk Management, Guest Users, Work Calendar, AG Grid view, Forms, Document Manager, Docs, Reporting, Kanban Board, Custom Status, Multilanguage support, Custom fields, Reminders, White labelling, and Gantt.
Joined as a Junior QA Engineer, I actively contributed to various web projects with primary focus to ensure the timely
delivery of projects through meticulous quality assurance practices.
● Conducted extensive manual testing on web and mobile applications, identified and documented bugs and
inconsistencies.
● Collaborated with development team to resolve critical issues.
● Executed test cases and scenarios, ensuring adherence to project requirements and deadlines.
● Designed the layout and user interface for a web-based health application using standard HTML/CSS practices.
● Collaborated and communicated with fellow web designers to ensure alignment with the visual design intent.
● Conducted testing on various modules of the application and communicated identified issues to the development
team.
