 Presently supporting to (HAAD) on site, it has total 230 all kind of HP and Xerox machines Such as Photo smart, Color Jet, Office Jet, Laser Jet, Phasser, WorkCenter, Plotter, Xerox MFP’s wide format scanners.
 Handling SafeQ server and creating new users account on safeQ for external employees, and providing temporary PIN or activating bio metric card for printing and scanning.
 In case of any printer down, configuring the standby printer.
 Installing printers for external users and pointing it to the safeQ server for printing.
 Logging service calls, ordering toners through XSM (Xerox service manager).
 Monitoring the printer status through XDA and Fleet Management replenishing the required toners, papers and other consumables.
 Submitting various reports like SafeQ report, paper usage report and invoice report to the customer.
 Handling Customer helpdesk tickets through HEAT engine services.
 Installing and supporting other brand printers (i.e., HP, Epson dot matrix printer, Fargo ID card printer, etc., )
 Taking necessary assistance from the service engineers to fix the printers, or logging calls for engineer visit if required
 Splitting print room jobs to team members.
 Checking the job completion sheet and co-ordinate with the team and completing the pending print/scan jobs.
 According to the priority and urgency of the requirement assigning the jobs.
 Maintaining consumables stock list and ordering according to the alerts/necessary.
 Assisting users (customers) in printing, copying and scanning documents.
