• Permanent Fixing client’s network issues for Internet and VPN services over MPLS (L2 / L3) over legacy network.
• Co-Ordinate with Back office for Global issues of customers till fixture to maintain customer SLA & targeting certain KPIs.
• Network Core provisioning with services (L2VPN, L3VPN, DIA and L2 Circuit) including analytical support in determining the root cause of network problems.
• Expanding Mobily access network through new technologies (PTP, PMP, OLTs).
• Maintain weekly and monthly reports related to core network and business customer issues in order to enhance network performance and provide proactive support to business customers.
• Proactive management of assigned customer networks, production of monthly observations, and ensuring the assigned networks are working optimally.
• Provided technical and analytical support in determining the root cause of network problems.
• Responsible for generation of observations and recommendations for network optimization. Responsible for configuration change management on network devices.
• Raising Customer trouble tickets with Service Providers and 3rd Parties for escalated faults.
• Monitoring Mobily National & International Gateways network and escalate to concern team.
Troubleshooting and fixing ZAJIL Corporate and individual client’s of their link, to maintain customer SLA & targeting certain KPIs.
Manage & execute daily Work/Service Order for provisioning new circuits primary and backup links like DDA/DIA/L2VPN/L3VPN on GPON, D.Fiber, PMP, PTP and BE customers through Siebel and NTS system using different ISP’s like Nournet, Awalnet, P-Group, Atheernet etc...
End To End customer`s connection provisioning for new installations through standard & non-standard solutions following certain conventions, Using juniper routers like MX48, MX96, M320 routes, & Cisco ME3400 switches for provisioning new circuits.
Worked on special project to mention few like AlMajdoiue SAIB, SIDF, Aramco, ATVAM, Al-Azizia Panda, AlMana, Al Rajhi, Al Inma bank, ANB, NCB Bank, SANABAIL, AlJumaih, etc..

Performing Daily request for Upgrading, downgrading and Cancellation request through Share Point by Communicating with various departments like PMI, TXM, FO and Mobily TNOC for W.O and Vlan.
Provide first fault diagnosis & troubleshooting for WAN links, routing, error’s for provisioned client’s circuits.
Co-Ordinate with Back office for Global issues faced by clients customers till fixture.
Performing MDT and TCN’s of Mobily.
Maintain customer IP assignment database track sheet.
Maintain transmission database (For OLTs, WiMax Hubs etc).
Provide first fault diagnosis & troubleshooting for WAN links, routing, and errors for existing all Zajil customers.
Activation & configuration of ISP International & National links including leased line, Frame Relay, ATM, DIA, STM1, STM4 & GEF & MPLS circuits, internet bandwidth Upgrading and downgrading etc.... in coordination with different providers like STC & ITC.
Troubleshooting and fixing ZAJIL Corporate and individual client’s of their link, to maintain customer SLA & targeting certain KPIs.
Managed MTC-ZAIN project, activation of ZAIN outlets configuring primary and backup links using VSAT, leased line, DDA, L2VPN, L3VPN, DIA and DSL under ZAIN VRF MPLS cloud using BGP for end to end connectivity and establishing GRE tunnels for VSAT WAN connectivity.
Migrating ZAIN outlets links from one vendor to another link, having backhaul connection with different providers like Skyband, Nournet, Mobily and STC.
Troubleshooting and fixing ZAIN outlets technical connectivity issues, to maintain customer SLA & targeting certain KPIs.
Worked also as resident engineer on MTC-ZAIN project.
Worked as resident engineer on SEC Project.
Responsible at ISP backbone for regional POP activation & configurations, troubleshooting WAN connectivity’s, like leased lines, Frame Relay, ATM, DIA, STM1.
Routing protocols using different algorithm Static, default, dynamic, redistribution static, Multirouting, Policy based routing, Dial on Demand routing, floating static routes, ipclassless, no ip directed broadcast, iphelper address, CIDR, VLSM, soft-reconfiguration inbound, no synchronization, BGP3 v/s BGP4, EIGRP, OSPF and IP addressing.
Implementation of leased line using DDN segment & RF (Radio Frequency) link, Satellite link configuration, and ADSL links.
Responsible for Blue Coat proxySG and issues related, internet browsing traffic and maintaining access logs storing in FTP server for CITC request using Blue Coat Reporter.
Responsible for Juniper Netscreen NS208 & NS5200 firewall, analyzing the network traffic flow, applying zone policy based restriction rules.
Responsible for bandwidth management system PACKETEER, making restricting bandwidth subscribers clients link VPN, DIA, ADSL & Wireless etc..
Responsible for co-location projects like MISC, & ASAG, establishing VPN connection ZAJIL MISC to MOBILY & redundant connection in STC for the services like chat service, ZAWAJ service, Flash SMS, MMS & different alert services group messaging, installation & configurations of Cisco ASA5520 Adaptive security appliance, Cisco router, Cisco Switch & SMPP server servers.
Hands on CiscoSecure ACS v3.2 TACACS+Radius features server and providing privilege level access to the users accordingly.
Hands on experience of Redback SMS-1800 & SE400 series routers.
Performing MDT’s preventive maintenance for updating S/W and Hardware peripherals in data center.
Preparing technical documentation for task owned and keeps updating them accordingly. Storing it in FTP server for the technical reference.
