Pre & Post Contract):
Preparation and submission of monthly interim payment Application.
Checking, Evaluating, Certifying & Issuing Sub-Contractors Payment certificate as per the progress/
Executed work done.
Quantity Take-off, Cross Checking the BOQ and material inquiries.
Sending inquiries and Receiving best rates (Quotations) from Sub-Contractors/ Suppliers.
Preparing Comparison mirror based on Sub-con, Suppliers Quotations of materials & equipment’s
for procurement.
Identifying, analyzing, evaluating, calculating the additional cost & claiming the value of design
variations.
Coordinate with Project Engineers, Construction manager and analyzing outcomes and
writing detailed progress report.
Join measurements with Sub-Contractors and Client for valuations & Variations and rectify
disputes.
Field visits to evaluate and certify the quantity of work done before any certification of
Sub Contractors and supplier payments.
Update the Subcontractors payments Certificates, invoices, drawing details & preserve the
tracking sheet for all Sub Contractor payment applications.

Cross checking BOQ and Contract documents.
Analyses Tender Adjustment Schedules for detailed pricing.
Negotiation with consultant’s, sub-contractors/ Suppliers, for new projects.
Quantity Take off (High-rise building, Hotel, Stadium, Road, Residential, industrial and
infrastructure)
Preparing interim payment application to submit to the consultant with all supporting
documents.
Monitor Maintain Log sheet for all commercial related information.
Preparation of Monthly interim payment certificate for Sub-con, Suppliers.
Subcontractor monitoring to complete the project within budget and time.
Preparation of Queries for the tender.
Preliminaries estimation based on sketches.
Preparation of monthly and weakly site progress reports.
