I have joined Alinma Bank in 2017 as a supervisor of corporate customer service in Cash Management - Corporate Division. I have been solving customer problems related to electronic services and payments in general (POS - payroll - E-commerce payment gateway - B2B ) where problems related to sales, after-sales and problems .directed by customers to me are raised and I direct them to the competent authority within the bank I am also responsible of supporting and guiding the team and considering the requirements of the team in general where everyone performs their work to the fullest. Now I have been appointed to manage the cash management portfolio.
I was managing the whole company business, Making the deals, and signing the agreements and represent the company in the Exhibitions and sponsors and government meetings - Handled the HR department.
I started as Customer service officer in the branches, and I was representing the bank in the events and exhibitions to introduce the bank products.
I used to process the payroll and managing the expenses and prepare Aramco invoices.
