• Establish and manage robust processes and controls to ensure meeting The SLA with the Business.

• Monitor network performance in terms of capacity, availability, reliability, maintainability and Performance.

• Monitor network systems and ensure reliability, availability and security 24/7.
• Ensure a reliable problem-solving of network infrastructure issues.
• Analyze and solve incidents related to the network infrastructure and provide 2nd level support to the Service Desk.
• Maintain inventory of network equipment acquisitions, installations, designs, and modifications.
• Implement policies and procedures regarding network equipment, maintenance and monitoring.
• Create documentations (e.g. network configuration, network mapping, manuals and daily operations status report).

• Manage network components (e.g. LAN, WAN, routers and switches etc.)

• Identify technical requirements in order to enable the identification of gaps and develop target network architecture
• Take part at the delivery of network projects monitoring and communicating the activities’ status to the Head of Planning
• Define, document and implement network configuration.

• Establishes networking environment by designing system configuration, and defining documenting manuals for clients.
• Collaborate with third-party support and service vendors, if required, to ensure that the network stays operational.

• Maintain the network Devices (eg. switches and Access points)
• Making suitable straight and crossover cables.
• Subnetting and assigning IPs for End users devices.
• Devices maintenance and network troubleshooting.
