Leading development and execution of the department’s plans. Leading teams that run M&A and investment activities and overseeing execution and processes compliance in order to achieve the KPIs of the department and the overall corporate growth strategy. Leading a team for running full scope M&A activities including deals origination, valuation, value creation analysis, due diligence, deal structuring, integration plan, negotiating the terms of the legal documents of the deals, ensuring successful closing and selecting and managing the advisory teams.
Screening M&A opportunities, developing business plans (including industry analysis, competitive advantage, performance, growth, value drivers and risks), identifying potential synergies, reviewing M&A and valuation models, preparing scenarios and pro-forma analysis, participating in due diligence activates, preparing offer documents (term sheets, binding/non-binding offers), participating in drafting legal documents of the deals (SPA/APA/SA, SHA, etc.) and preparing ideations and investment papers.
Preparing business plans and financial modeling for analysis, valuation and value creation (DCF, Multiples, NPV, IRR, financial ratios, accretion analysis, etc.), supporting in identifying and analyzing M&A targets, conducting researches and data mining and preparing investment data books and presentations.
