-My specific job responsibilities at the company include the following:
•Supervising account assistants in the issuance of payment vouchers for claims & premium refunds.
•Supervising account assistants in the preparation of reinsurance balance reconciliations & payments.
•Assisting my Accounting manager in monthly closing of accounting system.
•Preparing Bank reconciliation.
•Analyzing general expenses.
•Preparing withholding tax return for the company.
•Posting of all Payables and Receivables transactions.
•Preparing corporate & retail commission.
•Reconciling brokers’ and customers’ accounts.
•Preparing facultative (outward) reinsurance payments & reconciliation.
-My responsibilities at the company include the following:
• Preparing facultative reinsurance payments & reconciliation for both of inward & outward accounts.
•Preparing facultative outstanding statement in monthly basis.
