1. Manage staff production and admin related tasks in order to ensure optimal productivity and render
a quality service within the team.
2. Motivate and coach staff in order to ensure they have the required skills to perform optimally and are
able to function cohesively as a team.
3. Extracting data from various sources in order to compile daily, weekly and monthly
business and operational reports.
4. Evaluate unique skills within team members and how to best utilize them in achieving the
objectives of the organization.
1. 1.Processing of all teller counter service transactions such as cash deposits & cash withdrawals and other
transactions such as drafts, telegraphic-transfers, payment orders, standing orders, foreign currency
purchase & sales, cheque deposits etc., in line with operational policies & procedures.
2. 2.Cross sell or identify and refer product inquiries from prospective customers to Sales staff.
1. 3. General reconciliation & control activities :-
* A. Act as the one of dual custodian for branch vault cash and security stationery
* B.Assist HOP in ATM replenishment as the second custodian for dual control.
* C.ATM reconciliation & balancing
* D.End of day cash balancing
* E.General filing
