Create, (Classes, Training Schedule, Joint Training plans) with the U.S Trainer for the Saudi National Guard Officers & Personnel. Using MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Track project progress and performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long‑term goals.
· conduct a key leader engagement on a daily basis to specify the training requirements of each project (training events).
· Assist In identifying training requirements and coordinates training resources to provide quality training assistance to SANG.
Assist on AAR’s. discussion of training focused on. performance standards. How to sustain strengths and improve on weaknesses to SANG.
Assist in conducting training classes, field Training Day&Night ‑internal security, survivability, counter mobility, and General Engineer Training
Provides training to new TECHNICAL TRANSLATOR.
Under Direct Supervision of a U.S Trainer
