Accomplishments:
• Joined the organization as Senior Production Engineer and designated to handle increasing responsibilities of establishing a new factory and moved up the corporate ladder to the position of Head of Production.

• Directing daily production activities for the newly established factory, setting standards, enforcing accountability, and establishing the commercial direction, operational processes and long-term objectives of the business.

• Started the factory from zero and grew production to 1, 150, 000 Kgs while matching all production and European standards.
• Serving as a key point of contact for the sales department and ensuring zero customer complaints and on-time delivery.
• Delivering projects with consistency, efficiency and success; implementing SOP and providing financial reports to executive leadership, while improving stakeholder satisfaction and employee productivity.

• Coordinated production activities with other functional departments to obtain optimum production and utilization of human resources, machines as well as organization-wide efficiencies and synergies.
• Fostered and operated within a continuous improvement environment. Addressed all operational issues, including cost-effectiveness and introduced measures to improve efficiency.
• Scheduled/delegated work assignments to ensure production of the highest quality product at the lowest possible price, meeting company performance standards and customer delivery needs.
• Scrutinized anomalies in production operation and provided suggestions to the upper management to resolve them thus increasing overall production performance.

• Handled complete production lifecycle right from sourcing raw material to delivery of the finished product for a world-renowned factory.
• Accompanied the diplomat visitor The Sheikh from Abu Dhabi during his factory visit- explained the production process in detail. Received appreciation for the effort and diligent work during his visit.
• Transformed the production system and merged with the ERP as well as implemented the production system in 5 different areas.
• Partnered with the Italian supplier for creating the system and constantly enabled improvements in the system through constant review and valuable inputs.
Key Accountabilities:
• Established robust production schedules, identified risks and issues in the existing production line. Recommended corrections and coordinated all production activities to achieve the projected growth rate.
• Streamlined processes and methodologies based on futuristic assumptions and forecasts. Deployed innovative production System (Extrusion Management System) to effectively track the entire production processes in the plant (Extrusion, Surface Treatment and packing) and ensure continued financial strength and operating efficiency.
• Devised a robust work breakdown structure (WBS), allocated resources and oversaw project budgets, quality and delivery all aimed at superior service and customer satisfaction.
• Ensured judicious use of materials, machines and personnel for fostering organizational growth and suggested improvements in performance, production and quality.
• Took pride in improving staff skills, adherence to departmental budget, contribution in new system introductions as well as implemented measures for uninterrupted production.
• Provided inputs in preparing yearly operating budget including required yearly costs and expenses and presented weekly and monthly management information system (MIS) report for the top management review and decision.

• Designed the production system from scratch in liaison with different departments to establish operations and procured required material from an Italian supplier.
