Reporting to The Chief Operating Officer COO - KSA and to The Head of IT International - Group IT, Provide executive leadership as head of IT - KSA. Responsible of IT budgeting, design, planning, implementation and support and representing Group IT for all KSA technology related initiatives, projects, changes and operations. Manage and deliver multiple large scale projects on time and within budget. Leading Information Security efforts and representing the bank with all regulatory bodies in relation to technology and information security.
• Core Banking System Migration: managed KSA Team to migrate from legacy core banking system to a new system to enhance the customer service, increase business productivity and to comply with regulatory instructions.
• New HO Building Preparation: Directd the effort to install a new Data Center, Floors Cabling, Servers, Telephony system, links and Security requirements and relocate all staff and systems to the new HO building.
• DR & BCP Management: Handled DR site preparation and managed BCP practices as per the the group policy.
• Managed the relation with different vendors, consultants and service providers.
• Restructured IT department, changed staff responsibilities and hire new staff to enhance the service, customer satisfaction, quality and time.
• Enforced Groups policies in Security and Change management to reduce risks and operational issues.
• Obtained PCI DSS Certification to comply with SAMA instructions.
• Reviewed the existing setup of all links, systems and servers and make sure critical ones have high availability and/or backup.

Reporting to the CEO, oversee all IT functions, Participated in a new start-up financial company efforts to start the business and operations in short time (6 Months), built the IT team and led them to achieve main objectives, built the department's strategy and plans in accordance with the company's strategy. Transform IT into a strategic business partner. Manage and deliver multiple projects on time and within budget., design and support of all technology.

Main Projects:
* Back End System Implementation: Supervised the project of Selecting, Analyzing and implementing the new Back End system which includes: HR, Payroll, Finance and Accounting, Asset and CSM modules.
* OMS system Implementation: Worked with new Ordering Management System vendor to comply with Tadawul requirements and produced a new world class system which never implemented before to serve the Brokerage activities.
* Systems Integration and B2B: Worked hard with different parties to finalize the integration between the Front and Back End Systems, Back End System and Tadawul system and B2B connection with two different Banks to simplify and automate the process.
* Tadawul Certificate: Collaborated, Coordinated and managed the efforts to get Tadawul Certificate which cover Tadawul Audit, OMS test certificate and Tadawul visit.
* Infrastructure Project Management: Managed the project to build the company infrastructure for HO and branch which include NW, Security systems, Links, Data and Voice connections and Data Center.
* Servers and Storages: Directed the team of two engineers to study, compare, select and Implement required Servers and Storage.
* Team Building: Facilitated the growth of the department and selected the required expertise to manage the IT infrastructure and systems.
* Policy and Procedures: Focused on implementing department's policies and procedures; Collaborated with staff to create professional development plans for each team member.

Centralized Security LOG: Played main role in studying, designing and implementing centralized servers to hold security logs for all windows servers.
Delta Project: Managed the implementation of Delta project to all NCB branches' CSR users.
VSAT Branches: Participated in the migration of NCB low speed branches to work on VSAT, AD and RADIA.

• AD: Participated in the study to set all standards for realizing AD as the focal point of infrastructure management and central repository of all users.
• Patch Management: Project managed the processes to apply MS products patches. Spearheaded the selection and implementation of "Radia Patch Manager".
• Microsoft Operation Manager (MOM): Planned and maneuvered the deployment of MOM to monitor all windows servers as the prime Microsoft Contact.
• Exchange and AD Disaster Recovery and Failover: Demonstrated experience in planning contingency measures determining the adequate solutions to ensure high availability using: EMC SAN, HP Blade servers and MS windows cluster.
• Software Distribution & Desktop Management: Managed the roll-out of HP OV Radia to manage all windows servers and workstations.
• Led professionals in various assignments such as: Remote Printing System Implementation and Management, BankTrade System Upgrade and represented IUSD in some other projects.
• Completed various system maintenance tasks as AD, Exchange, MOM and Radia Administrator as well as an L3 Support Engineer.
