 Specification and contract interpretation
 Management of site survey and quantity survey works.
 Project cost control, invoicing, claims documentation and variation orders.
 Materials testing in compliance with contract specifications.
 Recommendation of construction procedures, methods, schedules and materials.
 Checking sub-contractor(s) works.
 Preparation/coordination of kick-off, progress meetings and coordination meetings.
 Preparation of monthly progress reports to the Client.
 Preparation and following-up of progress payments.
 Claims negotiations and equitable resolution of contractual disputes.
