• Assessing the training needs of the health care staff in reproductive health, family planning emergency,
MCH, medical and surgical.
• Conduct training workshops upon the training needs of the staff on reproductive health, family planning,
Emergency, medical, surgical.....etc.
• Conduct field visits the staff in the health centers to ensure their compliance with the protocol of
Reproductive health and family planning guidelines, medical, surgical protocols …etc. And there
Implementations to what they learned.
• OJT for the health care providers according to their needs.
• Assisting and supporting the staff in modifying their analysis tools to their indicators and the improvement plans.
• Monitoring the MCH indicators especially the FP indicators and the progress of the improvements on their Indicators.

• Conduct the health promotion programs and community health committees' activities to raise the health awareness of the communities.

I worked as assessor of reproductive health care services for 18 health centers in MOH sector, i participated in designing the tools of study ( client interview, health provider interview, MCH supervisor interview and we established analysis tool for the collected data, at the end we found the gaps, weakness points, assessment needs of training through PDSA implementation.

• Checking the functionality and readiness of all machines and emergency equipment.
• Asses the training needs of my staff by using the checklists of emergency nursing skills.

• Assessment of all emergency cases arrived in the emergency word through a triage system.
• Providing emergency care for all cases like road traffic accidents, falling down, electrical shocks,
cardiac arrest, heart cases, bronchial asthma, airway obstructions, head trauma, muscle-skeletal
Spasms and abrasions, spinal cord injury.
• Providing first aid for superficial and cut wounds, dressings, suturing and assessing in managing
the orthopedic cases like traction and full casting, administrating of emergency drugs in such cases.

i studied for four academic years on nursing in English language, we had intensive courses of practical training on most units of the hospitals,by the end of our study you have to pass a comprehensive exam , i got it and graduated on 1988.
