In 2006 I worked in “Business process transformation and organizational re-contracture” Project honored by Ernest and Young which sets the first organizational form and authority matrix to our local market. Followed by ERP implementation of Microsoft AX ERP project honored by Al Fanar-IT, which we started Financial, Banking, Supply Chain, and FRX financial reporting modules. In 2008 as business grew more I was involved in a new project of Business Process Enhancement, aligning, and applying controls to processes honored by Deloitte. IT divisions and positions fulfillment took place, We moved to private cloud setup with servers’ virtualization and changing our collaboration system to Communigate Pro unified communication solution, changing our telephony system to VoIP SIP protocol, lately working in last project with Wipro applying new business process and workflow to applications and manual processes. Plan, execute, maintain location security with Honeywell CCTV-DVR, burglar alarm, and doors access system, developed the solution so monitoring can happen seamlessly over Internet via Apple iPhone, iPad or Windows. Influence the selection and Supervise implementation phases of MenaITech new HRMS system. Initiated McDonald’s help desk with compliance with ITIL®.

In 1999 I started to develop the internal functions of IT in RICC McDonald’s, Started with building the IT foundation, Define requirements, Planning security and Applying the new technologies, Taking the company to the internet collaboration started in 2000 by launching the first website and hosting our first mail server Lotus Dominoes / Notes later moved to Microsoft Exchange / Outlook. Shift networking OS from Novell Netware to Windows platform, also Start remote support project to the store applications. In late 2001 I design, coding, and setup the first Speedy Delivery System now known Home Delivery Service which runs the service until 2004 when we decided to outsource the Call Center. Key person in setting stores systems from the design and building phase up to operational.
