تتكون المجموعة من أكثر من 40 شركة بينها شركات مقاولات عملاقة و صناعات بتروكيميائية و صناعات مواد بناء و غيرها
كان يناط بين جميع الشئون افدارية الخاصة بالقابضة و كذلك بعض الشركات التي لم تكتمل هياكلها الإدارية
و تحديدا مسئول عن ما يلي
1. الشئون الإدارية بما فيها شئون الموظفين و وضع سياساتها
2. قطاع هيكلة الشركات (القانوني و حصص الشركاء و غيرها)
3. العلاقات الحكومية و بشكل أخص صندوق التنمية الصناعي ، الهيئة الملكية للجبيل و ينبع وزارة التجارة ، الهيئة العامة للاستثمار
RHG consists of +45 multinational SBUs; the group works in contracting, constructions, petrochemicals, building solutions industry, food manufacturing, power generation and others; group turnover is more than 24 Billions SR (6 Billions USD). At this period I am responsible for:
1. Administration Affairs including HR, Personnel and government relations.
2. All corporate restructuring process and legal registrations, where we have processed more than 50+ Articles of association LLC, and established 4 closed joint stock Co's., more that 100+ POA and amendments.
3. All related issues with ministry of industry and commerce (MOIC), Saudi Industry Development Fund (SIDF), Ministry of interior (MOI), Ministry of Labors (MOL), Ministry of Petroleum and Minerals (MOPM); The Royal Commission for Jubail and Yanbuو The Saudi Arabian General Investment Authority (SAGIA)
مسئول عن جميع مشتربات مشاريع الشركة و هي عبارة عن فنادق درجة أولى ، فلل تمليك و شقق تمليك و كذلك أوقاف خيرية
مسئول عن منتجات العلامة التجارية في أسواق العثيم يتضمن عملي:
1. توفير المنتجات و جميع اللوجسيتك الخاص بها
2. تسويق المنتجات داخل السواق و كذلك التصدير
3. زيادة المنتجات و مراجعتها
المشروع عبارة عن تطوير 5 ملايين متر مربع في منتزه الطائف الوطني بسيسد عن طريق الاستثمار ، أنجزت دراسة الجدوى و الخطة العامة للمشروع و الدراسات الجيولوجية
كما قمنا بتنفيذ مجموعة مرافق تمثل المرحلة الأولى عبارة عن مسطحات خضراء و شاليهات و كبائن
